1 small Brie block (approx. 250 g)
1 250 ml jar Baies d'Or 4/2/1 cranberry sauce
1/2 cup fresh Baies d'Or cranberries
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 teaspoon parsley
2 teaspoons butter
3 teaspoons olive oil
Add butter and olive oil to skillet, heat, then brown pine nuts. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Oil the Brie cooker. Cut Brie block in two. Place Brie slice at bottom. Add a generous portion of Baies d'Or 4/2/1 cranberry sauce. Add pine nuts, half cup fresh Baies d'Or cranberries, and salt and pepper to taste. Place the other slice of Brie on top. Close cooker with oiled cover.
Preheat oven to 350 °F, cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is delicately softened and warm from one side to the other.
Place in serving dish, decorate with lettuce, herbs, and fresh cranberries. Serve with rustic slices of baguette bread, crackers, fruit...
