3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
2/3 cup maple syrup (or sugar to taste)
You may also add 2 apples cut into wedges.
Step 1: Mix and spread all ingredients in an oven-safe dish.
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup melted butter
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together and add to first mixture. Bake at 350oF for 45 minutes.
