2 cups (1 package) fresh Baies d'Or cranberries
500 g of 80% cocoa dark chocolate (or to taste)
In a bain marie, melt chocolate in small pieces, gently stir with whisk until smooth.
Pour chocolate preparation in blazer and set on warmer on low heat.
Dip the cranberries in the chocolate fondue.
Enjoy with porto or champagne!
Note: If fondue is too thick, add 60 ml (1/4 cup) of 35% cream.
