225 g unripened soft original goat cheese roll.
1 roll of croissant dough for 8 multigrain or regular croissants.
1 jar of 4/2/1 cranberries (see recipe).
Get all ingredients to room temperature.
Grease baking dish, unroll and place dough at bottom of dish.
Place 3 slices of cheese side-by-side on the dough.
Cover cheese with a generous coating of Canneberges Québec jelly.
Add 3 slices of cheese side-by-side.
Form a pocket by folding over tips of dough.
Bake at 375oF for 18-20 minutes or until pocket is golden brown!
