Cranberry-Banana Muffins


2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (sliced and/or round)
3 ripe, mashed bananas
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup white or brown sugar, to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder


Mix together all dry ingredients.
Beat egg, butter, and bananas.
Add to dry mixture.
Using spatula, incorporate cranberries.
Pour into greased tin or paper moulds.
Bake at 375oF for 30-40 minutes
