Cranberry Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 can boiled and strained pineapple
1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
1 cup white or brown sugar (to taste)
1 pint 35% cream, whipped

STEPS

Break down fresh cranberries into large pieces with food mixer.
Transfer to large bowl and spread over sugar.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Add pineapple, marshmallows and mix.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Fold-up mixture to whipped cream.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Makes 10 first course servings.
